Here are some questions that I ask my interviewer.

It’s my first time to apply and I was hoping you can give me some tips on the next part of my application.

How did I do in my interview with you?

Can you give me a few tips on what to improve?

Pull out your notebook and prepare to write down what your interviewer says.

Follow up questions:

How was my pronunciation?

Were there errors that I’m making that stood out during the interview?

Do you have any advice for me on how I can do better in the next part of the screening process?

How did I perform in this interview?

It’s my first time to apply, maybe you can help me out can you give me some tips?

What does the typical job application process look like for this company?

What does a typical workday look like?

What are unique perks or benefits to working for this company that’s not commonly known?

What time are the usual shifts for the accounts that you have?

What do you think are the common traits among the agents who do well in your company?

Do you offer any scholarships or continuing education for your agents?

What is your procedure for a pay increase?

On a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied were you with our interview?

How can I improve?
