Skills Require Attitude - Taglish

I post interview advice on our Facebook page.

I recently received a comment on the post about interview advice.

TY sa maganda mong intensyon mapapakinabangan ng mga tao …but every rule there is always an exception. .dba techinical binabase yan sa galing lalo na sa actual testing at relevant questions sa kanyang work ty.

Here’s my answer:

Madaming factors na tinitignan ang interviewer.

  1. Good person to hire - SKILLS
  2. Good person - CHARACTER AND ATTITUDE

Dito umiikot ang conversation sa interview.

Maraming taong napakagaling sa English, Customer Service, Tech Support at sales na nate-TERMINATE sa call center dahil sa mga attittude issue.

For example:

  1. Absences and lates.
  2. Minura ang customer.
  3. Nag-nakaw ng credit card information para gumati sa customer.
  4. Hindi sumusunod sa company policy.

Kadalasan, may mga tinatanong ang interviewer para ma-reveal ang mga ganitong ugali sa interview palang.

Tama ka na skills are important.

Dinidiscuss ko dung sa post na mahalaga din na macommunicate mo yung attitude and character mo sa interview.
